IS THERE AN ARTWORK THAT YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF?

A mural that I'm proud of is one I completed recently at the Thorold Community Pool in Jun 2021. I included a variety of sea creatures and characters which consisted of an octopus, mermaid, sea turtle, whale, fish and divers.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

I draw my inspiration from the things in my surroundings or visions in my head.  Nature, fantasy, mythology and cultural symbolism are themes I include in many of my murals and art pieces.

WHAT IS YOUR MOST IMPORTANT ARTIST TOOL?

I'd say my most important tool is my tattoo machine. I am a professional tattoo artist working in Niagara Falls for the past 8 years.  I work at Dawg Pound Tattoo Studio on Ferry Street.  The tattoo medium and industry is one of my favourites to work in and be a part of.  I try to blend similar themes and styles in my tattoo and paintings.

IS THERE SOMETHING YOU CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IN YOUR ART STUDIO?

I can't live without my briefcase filled with spray paint and painting supplies. Its like pandoras box., opening it will release untold creative energies!
