Isabelle Rezazadeh, also known as REZZ, was born in 1995 in the Ukraine, moving with her family to Niagara Falls at an early age.  As a student at AN Myer Secondary School, she began DJing at the age of 16, playing music by other artists until she became inspired by a Deadmau5 concert to create her own.

In 2015 she started producing her own bass-heavy, dark, minimal-inspired productions on her laptop in her home in Niagara Falls.  After studying sound design extensively at home and psychology as an aid to her creative process, her experimentation, dedication and hard work paid off. She released her debut extended play, Insurrection, on the Nest label in 2015.  In 2016 she released The Silence is Deafening EP on the Mau5trap imprint, followed by Something Wrong Here.

Catching the attention of the international media, Rezz began selling out shows around the world.  In the summer of 2017, with worldwide intrigue piquing, a music video for Relax was released on Mau5trap’s YouTube channel to promote her full-length debut album, Mass Manipulation.  At the Juno Awards in 2018, Mass Manipulation was named the best Electronic Album of the Year.  Her follow-up album, Certain Kind of Magic, was released in 2018.

“I believed in my sound and created a vision almost immediately.” said Rezz. “There were many defining moments but I feel like my whole life led up to this.”

Rezz’s ever-evolving sound and work ethic are only getting stronger as she stands shoulder to shoulder with the best in the electronic music scene.
